The heartbeat of Florida’s original music scene returns to the brick lined streets of historic Downtown DeLand on Saturday, April 18, 2026, as the 14th Annual Delandapalooza transforms into a powerful, eco conscious experience with its brand new Love Earth Music & Art Festival. Running from 1:00 PM to 1:00 AM, this milestone event unites over 140 original music acts on 21 stages with immersive Earth Day themed activations, creating a vibrant cultural gathering for all ages. Presented by Songwriters Showcases of America (SSA), Delandapalooza has long championed independent artists across rock, folk, blues, hip hop, jazz, pop, and experimental genres. This year, the festival expands its mission by weaving sustainability, science, and community action into the core experience through the Inaugural Love Earth Music & Art Festival. What Makes This Year Different? The Love Earth Music & Art Festival adds a dynamic, purpose driven layer to the lineup: • Interactive Earth Day Experiences: Community driven displays and hands on activities spotlighting local, regional, and global environmental challenges, innovative green technologies, and social impact initiatives. • Youth Focused Creative Contests: A Youth Art Contest, Sidewalk Chalk Art Competition, and Science Fair give K 12 students, college groups, and young creators a platform to showcase solutions for a healthier planet. • Collaborative Art & Innovation Zones: Local schools, universities, eco organizations, and makers are invited to host installations, workshops, and educational booths. “We’re turning the festival into a living showcase of creativity and conscience,” says SSA Director. “Music moves people; pairing it with tangible environmental action amplifies that energy into real change.”
